that we have had insufficient communications and interaction with our
customers.Too often, we have made the assumption that if you wanted to
communicate with us you would pick up the phone or email us. Our new
customer-based tool will be used to create newsletters and surveys that provide
announcements, educational content, industry information, tips, suggestions and
more.
