Thomas J. Griffin - Founder, Chairman, President, VP Sales,
Board member
Mr. Griffin has over 30 years of experience in technology sales, management,
marketing, and entrepreneurial consulting. He worked for IBM, Harbinger
Corporation, JWP/Businessland, Radiant Systems, Compris Technologies, and other
successful technology start-up initiatives. His expertise includes new
business development, management, business consulting, and sales management
methodology. He has a Business Administration degree with a major in
Marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
Michael A. Stout - Co-Founder, CTO/CFO, Board member
Mr. Stout has over 20 years of technology experience. He worked for IBM,
Lanier, and Harbinger Corporation in technical analyst and development
roles. He owns/managed MAS Consulting since 1992. As the lead
software architect, he built a robust Sales Force Automation solution;
eProspector; a data warehouse solution; a customer loyalty
solution; and a support tracking solution for clients such as Net Sales
Solutions, Harbinger, UPS, Home Depot, and Fusion. His expertise is
solution and database design/architecture, workflow processes, software
development, and IT. He has a double Bachelors degree in Operations
Management and Finance from the University of Tennessee.
Kimberly C. Stout - Co-Founder, VP Research and Development,
Board member
Ms. Stout has over 20 years of experience in commercial and custom software
development. She worked for Federated Systems, Stone and Webster, NCR,
Harbinger Corporation, and Verizon Wireless. She was the lead developer
of a custom Sales Force Automation solution installed with clients at MAS
Consulting; the Vice President of Research and Development with MAS Consulting
since 1996; key developer of eProspector; and developed a sophisticated
reseller commissions tracking system for Verizon. She was awarded three
patents pending in her career. Her expertise is rapid development of high
quality software in ColdFusion, Java, C++, .Net, ASP, C Sharp, and other recent
development tools. Ms. Stout has a Bachelor and Masters degree in
Engineering from the University of Tennessee
